This policy explains how PhotoOpAI, Inc. ("we," "us," "our") handles information in connection with dontcookthat.com (the "Site").

What we collect

• Server-log data your browser sends automatically — IP address, browser type, referring page, and the pages and times you request — used to run, secure, and troubleshoot the Site.
• Analytics data — if you allow it, aggregate usage statistics via Google Analytics, such as pages viewed and general (city/region-level) location inferred from IP. We use this only in aggregate, to see which recipes people actually read.
• Advertising data. The Site carries ads served by Google AdSense. Unless you decline, Google and its partners may set cookies and use your IP address, approximate location, and the pages you view to select and measure those ads.
• Correspondence — if you email us, we get your address and whatever you put in the message.

We have no user accounts, so we never ask for your name or a password. We do not knowingly collect precise geolocation, and we do not build advertising profiles ourselves.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

You can control or refuse cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics specifically with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Third-party vendors, including Google, also use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this Site or to other websites. How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share limited information with the providers who host the Site and serve its advertising, only as needed for those services; with authorities where the law requires it or to protect the Site; and in aggregate form that does not identify you. Showing personalized ads may nonetheless count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, or as "targeted advertising," under California's CCPA/CPRA and comparable U.S. state laws. Retention, security, and children

Server logs are kept only as long as needed to operate and secure the Site. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information; if you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or limit use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing.
